Your new role Owing to a healthy pipeline of exciting highway drainage, flood alleviation and SuDS design projects, they are now looking for a civil engineer in the water sector to assist with project delivery and management ensuring new commissions are delivered to the highest possible standard. You will: Help to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget Work on the design and modelling of water designs, SuDS designs and hydraulic models Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing drainage conditions and identify opportunities for SuDS implementation. Produce of drawings (AutoCAD) and (Civil3D) Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for SuDS components, detailing design calculations and construction requirements. About you As a Water and SuDS Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sustainable drainage strategies for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal developments. This role would suit someone who has: Experience in highways drainage or in design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) Strong CAD skills (and Civils 3D experience preferred) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
